When you enroll in a class at Dynamite, you pick one class, attend that same class every week, and pay a monthly fee regardless of the number of classes per month (which averages out to four). Enroll anytime—our system will automatically prorate. Enroll the same student in a second class and get 50% off the second class. As long as the student remains enrolled and absences are reported at least 48 hours in advance, makeups accrue and can be redeemed for classes, daily camps, open gyms, events and competitions at any Dynamite gym.

Our teachers are selected based on personality and trained for success. At Dynamite, we recognize that establishing a positive rapport is critical to helping our students thrive. We purposely hire instructors with varying teaching styles and affect so we can find the best fit for every student.
Dynamite offers a variety of class programs to provide multiple avenues to grow and thrive. Our preschool program combines gymnastics with developmental movement. At 5, students choose whether to specialize in Tumbling, CheerFusion, or Artistic gymnastics. Tumbling and CheerFusion are gateways to joining our competitive team programs.
Students navigate obstacle courses comprised of bars, beams, blocks, mats and springboards to develop coordinate, confidence, balance, and gross motor and fundamental gymnastics skills. Up through age 3, parents learn to hand-spot and coach their budding gymnasts. At the age of 3, gymnasts who can separate from their parents are invited to join Poppers, where they will practice following instructions, waiting in line, and making friends, in addition to mastering movement.
CLASS OPTIONS: Sparklers (18mos - 3 yrs), Poppers (3 - 4), Firecrackers (4 - 5)
INVITATION ONLY: Allstar Cheer Team Track, Team
Tumbling skills are critical for gymnastics, cheer, and dance, to name a few. At Dynamite, rolls, handstands, cartwheels, handsprings and flips are taught with proper technique, which creates a solid foundation for progression. Solid tumbling basics training, including strength and flexibility development, allows athletes to transition into a myriad of other sports that incorporate tumbling. Students must start in Basics and can test into Advanced Tumbling.
CLASS OPTIONS: Basics Tumbling (5 - 7), Basics Tumbling (7 - 10), Basics Tumbling (10+)
INVITATION ONLY: Advanced Tumbling (7 - 10), Advanced Tumbling (10+), Power Tumbling Team Track, Team
Cheer is an awesome combination of tumbling, stunting and dance. In this class, students will learn the cheer basics: introductory tumbling, basic footholds, correct posture for basing, balance work, as well as shaping, strength and flexibility. CheerFusion is a great class for kids who want to eventually compete or just want to progress at their own pace. Join with friends to make your own stunt groups and improve together.
CLASS OPTIONS: CheerFusion (5 - 7), CheerFusion (7 - 10), CheerFusion (10+)
INVITATION ONLY: Advanced CheerFusion (7+), Allstar Cheer Team Track, and Team
Think Simone Biles. Students develop skills on bars, beam, vault and the spring floor as they build balance, strength and confidence. Because gymnastics is a progressive sport, students can learn at their own pace. We welcome kids of any age and level to master basic elements and work their way up to more advanced skills. Dynamite's focus on proper progressions in a fun environment means that your gymnast will get a solid foundation while having a blast.
CLASS OPTIONS: Snaps (5 - 7), Rockets (7+)
INVITATION ONLY: Advanced Rockets

CLASSES BY AGE
While we group students by age to foster peer development and social skills, our instructors are trained to teach a wide range of skills. This creates a learning environment that builds social, emotional, physical and mental growth.
(18 MONTHS - 3 YEARS)
Get started early! Dynamite's toddler classes are designed to foster a love of movement from the beginning while equipping parents with the skills and confidence to hand spot their children. Parents guide their children through obstacle courses while supporting their children as they develop gross motor coordination, strength and self-esteem.
Sparklers (18 mos - 5 yrs), 45 minutes, $100/month. 6:1 student/instructor ratio.
(3 - 5 YEARS)
We all know that movement helps children develop physically, but it is also well-documented that structured classes help preschoolers prepare for school. Our classes focus on building social skills in addition to developing strength, dexterity and athletic skills. Instilling a love of movement is critical for young children to remain active and healthy—and gymnastics creates that foundation.
CLASS INFO: Poppers (3 - 4yrs) and Firecrackers (4 - 5yrs) are all coed. 6:1 student/teacher ratio, 45-minute classes, $100/month. CheerFusion (4 - 5) is coed, 6:1 student/teacher ratio, 60-minutes classes, $120/month.
(5 - 7 YEARS)
At 5 years old, children begin to prefer same-gendered children, enjoy more challenging activities, and become more aware of their connections with their peers and teachers. Understanding these changes, Dynamite provides the opportunity to graduate from the preschool program and move to more specialized and challenging equipment and skills. This means thinner beams and higher bars in gymnastics, higher stunts in cheer, and more focused technique in tumbling. For student who like everything, we offer GymFusion, which gives students the opportunity to try it all.
CLASS INFO: Tumbling (5 - 7) and CheerFusion (5 - 7) classes are coed; Snaps (Artistic Gymnastics) is typically for girls. 8:1 student/teacher ratio. 60-minute classes, $120/month.
(Classes may be combined with 7-10 age group based on enrollment)
(7 - 10 YEARS)
By the age of 7, children become much more aware of their physical abilities and the opinions of their peers. To address these developments, Dynamite instructors teach more than just gymnastics, tumbling, and cheer--they teach kindness and cooperation. While learning skills, students are encouraged to applaud their peers' accomplishments, and work together to move blocks and play strength games. Higher equipment, and more challenging skills and drills help kids overcome fear and feel accomplished.
CLASS INFO: Tumbling (7 - 10) and CheerFusion (7 - 10) classes are coed; 60-minute classes, $120/month. Rockets (Artistic Gymnastics) is typically for girls; 90-minutes, $140/month. 8:1 student/teacher ratio.
(Classes may be combined with 5 - 7 or 10+ age groups based on enrollment)
TWEENS & TEENS
(10 - 17 YEARS)
Middle and high school students are acutely aware of their physique and goals for improvement. At Dynamite, we welcome teens and tweens to have fun and stay active while building positive, supportive friendships. Beginners and advanced athletes welcome.
CLASS INFO: Tumbling (10+) and CheerFusion (10+) classes are coed; 60-minute classes, $120/month. 8:1 student/teacher ratio. Rockets (Artistic Gymnastics) is typically for girls; 90-minute* classes, $140/month. 8:1 student/teacher ratio.
(Classes may be combined with 7 - 10 age group based on enrollment)

Billing & payment info
TUITION, TRIALS, DROP-INS, MAKE-UPS
To make life easier, we offer online payments and automatic billing. Once registered, our system pro-rates tuition based on the number of remaining classes that month; then, every month, our system automatically charges your account on the 1st. If you enroll after the last class of any given month, the system will charge you for the future month (and you will not be billed on the 1st). Be sure to request to drop the class (via email to email@example.com) at least two business days prior to the end of the month; otherwise, you will continue to be billed on or around the 1st.
Be aware that your child is taking up a spot that another child could have, so refunds are not granted. Phone calls to the gym are NOT accepted as proof of unenrollment; instead, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least two business days prior to the end date you are requesting and include END DATE REQUEST in the subject field. If you send an email request at least 48 hours prior and we do not set your end date, we will happily provide a refund for any erroneous charges incurred.
TRIALS & DROP-INS
Similar to ongoing classes, trials and drop-ins can be requested online via the Parent Portal. Requests for trials and drop-ins must be approved as we do not run classes in which no other students are enrolled or when we know students will not be attending that day. Please be sure you receive an email confirmation before you show up. If you have questions about your request, please call 301.977.7007.
After you set up the class, please contact the gym to process your payment to complete the registration.
If you need to cancel the trial or drop-in, please email email@example.com at least 48 hours prior to the class. Phone calls will not be accepted. Trials and drop-ins take up spots in classes and the likelihood of filling that spot diminishes with time. Dynamite does NOT provide refunds for trials or makeups cancelled within 48 hours of class. In emergency situations and on a case-by-case basis, we may reschedule your trial or provide a credit.
At Dynamite, we offer unlimited make-ups, so long as the student remains enrolled. All we ask is that you let us know so we can free up that spot for other make-ups, and don't forget that no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled make-up (for classes, camp, or events) are counted as attended.
