Class Makeup Requests

Requesting a makeup CLASS can be requested through our Parent Portal. Log in, select the class you would like to attend for the makeup class and click on ENROLL NOW, select MAKEUP from the drop-down Enrollment Type list, select from the drop-down Student list, and click on CONTINUE ENROLLMENT. Follow through to COMPLETE TRANSACTION. You should receive an email with your class enrollment request. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours to process your request.  

MAKEUP REQUESTS FOR DAILY CAMP, EVENTS AND COMPETITIONS

Dynamite's liberal makeup policy allows students to exchange makeups at any of our partner gyms for events, competitions, camps by the day, and open gyms. Makeups can also be transferred to and redeemed by friends and siblings under 18. 

While open gyms can be redeemed in person (just show up), all other requests must be submitted via email at LEAST 48 hours prior to the day of the makeup; however, approval can take time, so give our staff as much time as possible to process your request. While we try to accommodate all makeup requests, spaces are contingent on staffing and availability. See trade-in values and rules below.

While Dynamite offers a liberal makeup policy, we require a 48-hour cancellation for makeups that have been scheduled. Please note that by scheduling a makeup, your athlete is taking a spot. Makeup cancellations made within 48 hours will be treated as redeemed. Serial cancellations may also result in makeups being redeemed regardless of notification. We have created this policy as a curtesy to our customers and ask that our customers do not take advantage of our flexibility. 

CAMP MAKE-UP RULES

Makeups may ONLY be used for daily camp days which include "School's Out" camp or summer camp (through the 4th of July week). Makeups may NOT be used for partial camp days. For example, if your camper wants to attend for the full day, 6 makeups are required to cover the entire cost of the full-day camp day. If you only have3 makeups, you may sign your child up for half day, but not full day. The only exception is early drop off (ED) and late pick-up (LP), which must be paid for using cash or a credit card.

CAMPS (BY THE DAY)

HALF DAY = 3 MAKEUPS

HALF-DAY EXTENDED = 4 MAKEUPS

FULL-DAY = 6 MAKEUPS

Partial makeup redemption (using some makeups and paying the balance) is not permitted.
